We rented two bedrooms suite and it is very big. There were some compliments snacks and drinks. The location is good and breakfast was superb especially if you are a vegetarian. Very surprised when I been told 99% of the foods are vegetarian and I can enjoy most of the foods.

Locality, friendly & helpful staff especially Berjaya Cafe Mr James and Hotel Manager Ms Low Siew Peng, provided a lot of helps to me & my family and my sister family Club Premier room B1901 & B3219 are nice and comfortable 4 of us joined the Christmas Eve buffet dinner, I think is a success. Hotel Manager Ms Low came personally and with us the entire night, overseeing and ensure everything is in good order. She even help us to take family photo. Fantastic Hotel

The hotel is in a prime location which means u can walk to the pavilion mall and other malls around. The mall adjoining the hotel is affordable and lots of food options We were given a free upgrade and it was spectacular Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms The views are breathtaking Check in and out easy The breakfast even though vegetarian was amazing. We throughly enjoyed it especially the freshly made parathas and the yummy croissants

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The views were amazing, as the windows were top to bottom transparent and facing the city skyline. Both bathrooms were included with bathtubs. And they were spacious too. And also included were daily breakfast buffet. Delicious spread. Overall a comfortable and great stay.

Our premier room was big, clean and with couch, chair, working desk. Bathroom was nice and clean, with separate shower, WC and bath tub. All necessary amenities were provided. Complimentary chips, cookies and soya milk drink were for guests consumption. Room service was great. Near the monorail station which connectivity to other parts of the city. The Berjaya mall is next door with many restaurants.

Good location however the area outside the hotel is in a constant state of traffic jam (Just classic Kuala Lumpur for you I guess). Travel there is exclusively by Grab car, which costs about 9-10 MYR per trip. Don't bother with taking public transport like the MRT/LRT or trains, it's just not worth the time and hassle. The room was very big and was very spacious. Do note that the breakfast is vegetarian only. Although it is vegetarian only, the food there was still very good, especially the pastries. Would recommend you to try it out at least once before you judge. Our air conditioner was not working but they changed our room quite fast after informing them.
